Care Support Worker

OFIY is currently seeking for Care workers based in Warminster, Wiltshire to start with immediate effect following a full induction into the business.

Duties include:

* Supporting clients to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own home.

* Provide functional and emotional support to our clients

* Helping prepare meals and assist with social activities

* Assisting with personal care (this could include personal hygiene, oral care, hair care, washing and dressing)

* Safe administration of medication in accordance with individual care plans

* Supporting team members with client visits

Minimum requirements:

* The right to work within the UK

* Good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively

* A caring, compassionate, and warm nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.

* Ability to work well under pressure

Care experience is not a requirement as all Care workers are provided with full training as well as shadowing with more experienced staff and on-going professional development.
