In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our premium at-home care services, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained and continually improved. Your leadership will be key in supporting our team to deliver top-quality care that meets the unique needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage your team of care experts , ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.- Develop and implement care plans that reflect the individual needs and preferences of our customers.- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.- Build and maintain relationships with customers and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.- Support staff development, including training and performance management.What We’re Looking For:- Experience: Proven experience in a care management role is essential.- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).- Skills: Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering high-quality care.- Driving License: A clean driving license is essential.Why Bluebird Care Oldham?Bluebird Care is the market leader in premium at-home care and the largest provider of private quality care services in the UK.
