Description Job Overview: ASA Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our team. As a crucial member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for supporting clients in their daily activities and enhancing the overall well-being and independence of our clients. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients. Foster meaningful and supportive relationships with clients through empathetic listening and engaging in social activities. Provide companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, care provided, and any relevant information. Communicate effectively with the care team, providing updates and insights into client's well-being. Qualifications and Experience Valid Right to Work in the UK Previous experience in a similar role, preferably working with individuals with complex needs CV covering 10 years work history SVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings and weekends PVG Update required through ASA Registration with the SSSC Skills Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
