Night Care Assistant

We are a 30 bed residential home in Folkestone.We are currently looking for the following, please see below with pay banding range:* Night Carer £11.80 per hour (bank holidays £23.60 per hour) Overtime rate £10.20 per hourOur shift patterns are:7.30pm - 7.30am Night ShiftWe are looking for passionate individuals, who have an interest in working within the care sector, people who are reliable, friendly and professional.You will work with all types of service users receiving direct care. Your duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the service user and will include:Delivering the highest possible levels of care by supporting/assisting service users when required with all aspects of day-to-day and personal care. Enriching their lives, respecting their dignity and promoting independence within the home.Senior Care Assistant’s also ensure that all care plans are kept up to date using our electronic care planning system and therefore you will need to be comfortable using technology and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.Senior Care Assistant's are responsible for the recording and administration of medication within the home.
