If so, we would love to meet you Hanna Sillitoe Skincare is seeking a compassionate, organised, and efficient Customer Care Specialist to join our ever growing team as we continue to expand. About Us: Hanna Sillitoe Skincare is a skincare and supplements brand that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality products and personalised support to our customers. Based at Alderley Park in Cheshire, our team is dedicated to helping people on their wellness journey, from skin health to overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide warm, knowledgeable, and prompt assistance to customers via email and occasionally phone. Product Guidance: Educate customers on our skincare and supplement offerings to help them make informed choices that suit their unique needs. Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product issues with patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude. Order Assistance: Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to the team, helping us constantly improve our products and services. Organisational Skills: You’re efficient, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured, well-organised environment. Communication: You can clearly and professionally convey information to customers and colleagues alike. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, email, chat tools, and order management software. Interest in Skincare & Wellness: You’re naturally interested in skincare and wellness, which will make engaging with our products even more fulfilling. The role comes with full, on the job training. We use Gorgias as our ticketing software. Experience with the software (or something similar) would be preferred.
