Community Rapid Response Nurse

Job Title: Community Rapid Response Nurse Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Rapid Response Nurse to join the team in Bedfordshire. This is a short-term agency position, with shifts available across 7 days. Key Responsibilities * Provide rapid response care in the community, including catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, urgent wound care, and medication administration. * Conduct holistic assessments and support falls prevention and management. * Verify expected deaths and provide compassionate care to patients and families. * Ensure accurate record-keeping and patient care using SystmOne.
