We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Healthcare Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment with a focus on the NHS and Private sectors having sold numerous solutions to both the NHS and Private sectors. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the NHS and framework agreements, International supply including trends, challenges, and opportunities. A natural communicator, you flourish managing multiple international programmes at one time, ensuring that quality of service is the cornerstone for our clients, nurses and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and creating strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s growth and we anticipate this becoming a full leadership role in time. Responsibilities include market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of business development initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector within the NHS and Private sectors Develop and implement strategic business development plans. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and strategic partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients seeking the relevant authorisation for delivery. Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage budgets and resources for business development projects.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, within healthcare recruitment, NHS and the private sector. Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and strategic partners. Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for both the private and NHS landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to travel as needed. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with market research and analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong presentation skills.
