Tempeo is representing an exciting brand local to Northampton who require a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities: * Answer inbound customer calls * Assisting customers who log on to our web Live Chat * Resolving customer complaints * Assisting customer queries on product ranges * Checking results have been issued to customers, and resending where applicable Skills Required: * A good telephone manner * Accuracy and speed of typing * Ability to use word, excel * Discretion and client confidentiality Experience: * Customer service: 1+ Years Benefits: * 33 Days Holiday, additional Birthday Holiday * Commission pay * Additional leave * Company pension * Employee discount * Free parking * Health & wellbeing programme * On-site parking
