The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of care services. Coordinate carers' and customers' schedules Respond to customer and carer enquiries Handle new customer enquiries and match them to carers Recruit and interview new carers Conduct carer supervisions and appraisals Perform administrative tasks in line with company policies The Candidate: The ideal Care Coordinator will possess the following qualifications and skills: Previous experience in care coordinating Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Proficiency with Access People Planner and Access Care Planning Strong organisational and time management skills The Package: The Care Coordinator role offers an attractive package including: Annual salary between £25,000 and £27,000 Office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday Rotational on-call duties with additional holiday entitlement Opportunities for professional development and growth Our client is a well-established care provider committed to delivering excellent care services.
