Full time shifts available: A combination of early, late, twilights and long days Early 7am-1pmLate 1pm-7pmTwilight 4pm-10pmLong day 7am-7pm A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday - Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. Symonds House is a home for 20 adults with physical disabilities, rated 'Good' by our regulator. As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. Every day is different, but here are just some of the duties you will do: Assistance with daily life tasks including personal care, medication and mealtimes. Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments. Supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations. Maintain up to date and accurate records. Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families. Ideally have personal care experience (not essential). Be able to work under pressure and as a team. Flexibility to work within rostered hours / prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
