Care Assistant Derby About the role: We are looking for either full or part time Care Assistants with the added option of overtime. Full in-house training provided including conducting the CQC Care Certificate, Diplomas Level 2 and 3. Care Assistants will work with existing and new clients in and around Allestree, Darley Abbey, Quarndon and Duffield. Working as part of a friendly team, you will deliver person centred care in the client’s home. As a company, we are committed to providing a safe workplace. Responsibilities include supporting clients with: Washing and bathing using their preferred methods Toileting requirements and incontinence needs, whilst maintaining their privacy Administering medication Providing companionship, shopping trips, daily tasks, appointments Meal preparation Specification: Salary £12.00 per hour (Monday – Friday between 7am – 8pm) to £13.00 per hour (Sat, Sun, BH, and after 8pm at night) 35p a mile allowance UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential Early shift: 7am - 2pm / Late shift: 4pm - 10pm Flexibility with shifts Alternate weekends required Contracted Hours: 16hrs: 3 days 20hrs: 4 days 25hrs: 5 days 30hrs+: 5 days (including 1 all-day) What we can offer you: Quarterly bonus scheme Pension and Incentives Refer a friend bonus
