REF 0018 - CARE QUALITY LIAISON (DOMICILIARY CARE) – CHELSEA AREA - £30-32,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS – GOOD RATED SPECIALIST PROVIDER
Forest Care Selection are working with a well established and Good rated specialist provider of a variety of domiciliary care services.
This innovative provider is seeking to appoint a Care Quality Liaison to work with the Nurse Liaison to ensure the organisations clients receive the very highest standards of care.
The Care Quality Liaison will:
* Support all carer facing activity including training, competency assessments, supervisions and inducting new care packages.
* Support client facing activities including audits, complaints, quality checks and care plan updates.
* Support with quality improvement plans.
* Coach and develop field base staff.
* Step into new care packages to ensure swift mobilisation and into any emergency requirements and be part of an on call rota and team.
The Care Quality Liaison will need:
* Level 3 Health and Social Care.
* Experience of supervising and leading care teams in a domiciliary care setting.
* Experience of risk assessments and care planning.
* Excellent administration skills and experience with care management software.
The successful candidate will enjoy base salary to £32,000 plus a range of benefits and progression opportunities.
