Job Requirements / Description
Full Time 37 hours per week This role involves working as part of a small virtual Care with Accommodation Team that sources supported living placements which help people retain their independence in the community. Based at Taw View, Barnstaple we offer a hybrid model of working that supports flexible and home working. Full training will be provided and whilst experience of working in social care is not a requirement, what we ask is that you commit to our organisational values of compassion and empowerment, that you’re willing to work hard, acting with integrity in a manner that supports a progressive approach to service development and learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and be competent in the use of information technology. This is an administrative role that requires attention to detail and thorough record keeping. The role requires working with other colleagues remotely and the ability to work to deadlines without direct supervision is essential.
