Finishing / Customer Care Manager

Konnect are looking for a Finishing/Customer Care Manager to start on Monday for a residential site in Oxshott.

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the customer at Legal Completion and to manage their snagging remedials within 30 days.
• To carry out a Follow UP Visit with Customer Services and see through this list to enable transfer to Customer Services.
• To keep communication with the customers and to report back any issues that cannot be dealt with.
• The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and show professionalism, even more so due to the affluent area.
• Experience in Fieldview would be preferred, however candidate will need to be computer literate.
• Constant liaising with the Customer Services Manager and Line Manager on a frequent basis.

Salary: £250 per day
