The team has enjoyed significant success in recent years and is seeking to expand with the recruitment of highly driven, talented and motivated individuals.As an Assistant Director / Manager within the LSHC M&A Advisory business, you will play an integral role in delivering trusted advice to our clients. Specific responsibilities include:Working on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactionExperience/background/knowledge in the Healthcare Services, Life Sciences Services, Medical devices & products and Pharma/HealthTech sectors is desirable (but not essential depending on other experience);Financial modelling, including Discounted Cash Flow and Leverage Buyout analysisConnect to your skills and professional experience ACA (or equivalent) qualification (not essential depending on other experience)Experience in wider Professional Services / Finance, including some transactional experienceA good understanding of the M&A process and nuances of transaction structuresExcellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyse large amounts of dataClient focus, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationshipsExcellent oral and written communication skillsLogical and methodical approach to problem solvingProject management and organisational skillsHave an effective approach to time management and the ability to work to tight deadlinesAbility to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in client deliverablesAbility to connect high level strategic thinking to the micro details of a company’s financial informationThe self-confidence/appetite to be involved in business development activitiesWe take personal development seriously, offering a wide range of learning and development opportunities with a highly supportive environment.
