As a Paediatric Staff Nurse in the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care team, you will:

Develop, implement, and evaluate holistic care for children on the general medical ward. Drive continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice. Develop additional clinical skills in the specialty. Collaborate with a supportive team to champion patient care and growth.Package and Benefits:

The Paediatric Staff Nurse role includes a comprehensive package:

NMC Child Registered Nurse qualification with basic paediatric life support. Experience with tracheostomised patients (desirable). Understanding of safeguarding issues and clinical governance.
