Care Coordinator

Suercall Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in the Nottingham area. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates. Liaise with clients, families, and care workers to assess needs and match clients with suitable care providers. Monitor and maintain accurate records of care delivery, client satisfaction, and staff performance. Respond promptly to any changes in care requirements or emergencies. Support and mentor care staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements: Good understanding of the needs of people who need care and support. Excellent organisational skills- proven ability to plan and organise workloads effectively so that customers receive the services they expect and are safe. Ability to maintain clear and accurate written records and follow statutory reporting procedures. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care. Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant IT systems. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
