Sister/Charge Nurse – Outpatients Department
Location: East London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
PERMANENT FULLTIME
Shifts: 37.5 hours
Department opening hours - Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm / Saturday 8am – 2pm
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of our department
* Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
* Be responsible for direct patient care
* Lead and promote clinical effectiveness and governance
* Work directly with consultants who are experts in their field
* Flourish in an enviable hospital environment
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* NMC Registration
* Significant post-registration experience in a busy Outpatient setting
* Nurse in Charge experience for the care of patients across a wide range of specialities such as Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology
* Experience in nurse led areas such as the dressing and cardiac clinics.

Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
