Nursing Home Manager

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across England. This provider is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for an established and Good rated home in the Liverpool area. The Nursing Home Manager in the Liverpool will: * Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. * Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care. * Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families. * Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home. * Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place. The Nursing Home Manager in Liverpool will need to have: * Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC. * Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification. * Ideally hold a nursing qualification, with a valid NMC Pin. * Effective communication and IT skills.
