You must be available 5 out of 7 days every week and able to work the AM or PM shifts plus alternate weekends. You will receive your rota 2 weeks in advance You must beover 18 with your own car, have good English skills and a kind, reliable nature. Experience in any care setting would be beneficial but is not essential as full training, mentoring and support will be provided.Our clients calls are a minimum of one-hour, ensuring the call isn't rushed and is enjoyable for both you and the client. You will always be introduced to your client and/or shadow another worker until you are comfortable and confident to work alone. There is 24/7 out-of-hours support from the Care Management team.
