As a Health Care Giver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, while promoting their independence and dignity.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to clients in their homes or in a care facilityAssist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeepingMonitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate medical professionalsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure clients' safety and well-being at all timesDocument and maintain accurate records of care providedParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the healthcare fieldAdhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulationsQualifications:If you wish to be sponsored by Care Staff Services for a for skilled worker visa you MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Have a good understanding of care workHave a kind caring and gentle natureHave at least 1 year of healthcare experienceHave a clean police record and proof of this in a police check certificateProvide a CV showing dates of jobs and employers that you worked with including roles and responsibilitiesHold a driving licenseTB test Certificate (if applying outside of UK from certain countries)IELTS Certificate with and overall band of 5 and a minimum of 4 in each bandBe able to work shift hours of 6am to 2pm or 3pm to 10pm or live-in times and days depending on the position applied forBe flexible to adapt to the rota as the rota can change daily or several times in a day if neededWork a minimum of 38 hours per week to meet the UK Government sponsorship requirements2 work referencesWhy Work for Us?At Dfbooking Recruitment Services, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
