As a Support Nursing Home Manager you will be supporting the Nursing Homes across the region and working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure compliance, implementing policies and providing mentoring to staff, ensuring positive results. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and business development, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensuing compliance with all relevant legislations and internal and external regulations, implementing strategies to minimise risks. Maintaining high standards of care, while continually monitoring and improving care delivery to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. Building and sustaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
