Estate Agent Client Care Consultant - Responsibilities: As a Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously. Delivering regular market updates and property performance reports. Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis. Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers. Booking and hosting viewings. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and successful property transactions. Estate Agent Client Care Consultant - Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driven and target-focused attitude to work. Strong negotiation skills. A high level of organisation and independence. Estate Agent Client Care Consultant – What’s on Offer?: £22,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary. £30,000+ On Target Earnings (Uncapped Commission!).
