Corporate Banking Director - Healthcare

We are seeking a Corporate Banking Director with experience in generating and maintaining corporate clients within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate customers and enhance the bank’s local presence.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare corporate banking customers, including acquiring new clients.Develop and execute a business plan addressing internal risk, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain relationships with key market professionals and stakeholders.Oversee all aspects of risk management, including credit, operational, and regulatory risks.Foster a collaborative network across Metro Bank for a unified approach for customers and colleagues.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet proposition, pricing, risk policy, and reporting requirements.Required Skills/Experience:Proven relationship management skills and healthcare sector knowledge.Excellent credit underwriting abilities, with a track record of lending to large SMEs and mid-corporates.Comprehensive understanding of risk management.Success in building and expanding banking relationships.Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior/executive management.
