Staff Nurse

Job Title: Staff Nurse Salary: £19.79 per hour Location: Belfast Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Healthcare Nurse role just opened for the right candidate! A medium sized nursing home facility is looking for a new staff nurse to join the team. Providing general nursing duties amongst a great team, this role is excellent for a nurse looking a new permanent position where they can build their skills. With a varied shift pattern this role includes both day and night shift positions! I believe a successful candidate should have at least 1 full year of experience as a Staff Nurse and a desire to improve their skills and qualities. Roles and responsibilities include: Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents. Ensure that all residents receive the care outlined in their unique care plans. Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed. Monitor residents after administering medication for any normal, positive or negative effects of the drug/s. Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock drugs, making sure to prevent overstocking or out of date drugs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
