This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to join our leading, forward-thinking private hospital. Our Theatre Department cares for patients on an in-patient and day-case basis with five operating theatres as well as Endoscopy and Recovery, offering a wide range of specialities for Private and NHS patients. You would be required to manage the day-to-day operational running of the Urology and General surgical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to work in a highly reputable company with state-of-the-art facilities. About the role: You will be working as Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified and will be responsible for: Daily management of the Theatre to enhance quality and efficiently Supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework Working closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures Monitoring resources, budgets and workforce planning.
