The care and management of patients with penile cancer. To provide patient support and information from diagnosis to the metastatic stage . To provide holistic care and health promotion for the patient performing electronic holistic needs assessments through out the patients journey. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate clinical nurse specialist with experience in Urology and or Oncology and has been running Nurse Led clinics.You will need to be able to demonstrate an expert level of skill and knowledge in the field of Urology and or Oncology with at least 2 years relevant experience at band 6 or above. This post requires a nurse can work autonomously but also works well in a team. You are expected to cover cross sites- (SGH and Queen Mary's Roehampton).If you are reliable, hardworking, flexible, self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, then this position could well be for you.
