Community Mental Health Nurse

Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse – Adult Mental Health Team Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Team in Abingdon. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities * You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for adults within the community, ensuring comprehensive and timely care. * Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated mental health support to patients in the community. * The role offers a regular weekday schedule, with opportunities for weekend shifts if desired.
