Working across a variety of cases and supporting a wide range of specialties, you’re sure to broaden your skills.Our team in our Warwickshire Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Senior Scrub Practitioner.As a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will;Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are all state-of-the-art.Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with us at Nuffield Health.Experienced in completing clinical audits where appropriate – full training will be provided.The PersonTo succeed as a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will have;High levels of focus and engagement.A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.
