Role: Care Coordinator
Setting: Homecare
Location: Winchester
Salary: £28,000 (including £3,000 oncall) plus annual bonus
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join one of the leading Homecare providers in the country. As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and uploading weekly rotas for both services customers and care team along with any ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, ensuring all service users receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained.
As Care Coordinator you will ensure that your team of support staff are providing practical assistance and support to all Service Users enabling them to fulfil their maximum potential and have valued lives in additional to promoting independence in their lives. As part of the role you will also take part in looking after the emergency line 1 in 5 weekends which pays an additional £3000 per year on top of your base salary of £25,000 plus annual bonus.
For this role, you MUST have previous experience as a Care Coordinator with a solid understanding of the field, as well as have strong organisational and administration skills along with a passion for care and care delivery.

Qualifications/Skills required of the Care Coordinator: • Previous Care Coordinator Experience is essential • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail • Strong administration and customer service skills • Excellent organisational skills • Valid Driving Licence
