Commissioning Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager Milton Keynes Circa £70k + £5k welcome bonus! I am recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager who has an expertise in commissioning new homes. You will be a Commissioning Care Home Manager for a luxury new build care home Milton Keynes. This is an amazing home with brilliant amenities. As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring that the best people are placed on site • Ensuring that the highest calibre of care is being given at all times • Promoting all residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the highest standard of care • Compliance and quality assurance • Budget management • Building and maintaining strong relationships with other health care professionals • Conducting risk assessments • Developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans About you: • Experience commissioning a new care home • Have your RMA Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 or willing to work towards • Strong CQC knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams If you're an experienced Commissioning Care Home Manager, then I would love to hear from you!
