As the Head of Care, you will: Coordinate the resident assessment process Be registered to the Home through CQC Involve residents in identifying their needs and preferences Integrate all relevant information into the initial care plan Oversee the Safe Medication Management programme Ensure robust auditing procedures, including pharmacy-related processes Identify any staff training needsPackage and Benefits: The Head of Care role comes with a comprehensive package: Annual salary of £65,000 - £67,000. Two years’ experience in long-term care or a similar industry.
