As a Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will: Collaborate with Home Managers and Clinical Leads to develop clinical education programmes. Deliver face-to-face training on mandatory skills such as Basic Life Support and Venepuncture. Travel to various nursing homes, occasionally requiring overnight stays. Maintain and update communication with your line manager. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders for collaborative learning.  Package and Benefits: The Clinical Nurse Trainer role comes with a comprehensive package including: Annual salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
