Skills and Qualifications:

You will be a qualified Nurse with a strong clinical background

Having strong communication and leadership skills.

Be able to handle difficult situation effectively and in a timely manner

Proven management experience in a similar role.

You will be able to lead and motivate a team working with the Home Manager to create a positive working environment.

Essential for the role:

Proven management experience at a similar level

A clinical background as a registered nurse

Established leadership skills to manage large teams

Effective multi-tasking and prioritization

Strong commercial awareness – care industry preferred but not required

You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality

As the Deputy Home Manager in London, you will lead your team to ensure provision of a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for our clients in their home. Ensuring delivery of the highest possible care standards fully compliant with all CQC statutory regulations, whilst making sure you achieve your operational and quality assurance KPI's.
