German Helpdesk Customer Care

This is a lovely BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent GERMAN to support restaurant & hotel clients. The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across the DACH region with any help that they may need to set up training etc . This is NOT a call centre role and you will get only 10-12 calls a day . The role focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. It’s a lovely role and offers 6-9 months technical training and is totally bilingual.
