The role involves: Leading and inspiring our team of qualified and trainee dental nurses Organising our dental nurse rota to ensure excellent support for our clinicians. Dental supply stock ordering, stock taking and ensuring dental equipment is maintained correctly and serviced on time. Supervising infection control procedures are compliant with HTM 01-05 Ensuring our exceptional standards of chair side support are consistent within each surgery Training new dental nurses and helping them stay on track with their coursework Assisting the Practice Manager with day to day running of the practice Covering in surgery where required, i.e when dental nurses are on annual leave or sick If you have a passion for dentistry and strong leadership qualities, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
