We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Tamworth area.You'll be providing care and support to our male client, who's individual needs include:Learning difficultiesPositive behaviour support trainingEpilepsyAutismOur client has learning difficulties, controlled epilepsy and autism. He struggles to communicate and shouts when he does talk. Our client has behavioural issues that need to be managed through a positive behavioural support plan, and he needs to have structured days and activities to maintain his routines. The Complex Care Assistant must complete training on PBS.Working hours:Live-In client - 3 hour sit ins.Monday to Sunday, 4pm to 7pm.We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
