Right at Home - Skipton and surrounding areas Care Assistant Salary: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour Contract: Permanent Hours: Various Mileage is paid between clients at £0.30 a mile Permanent & flexible working available Here at Right at Home we care for clients who have varying needs, some live with Dementia and may also have limited mobility as well as other needs. We are looking for Care Assistants who have a c aring nature and ideally someone who holds a driving licence with regular access to a car to be able to support our clients throughout Skipton areas Care Assistant responsibilities: Supporting with personal care Assisting with dressing/undressing Meal preparation Shopping Appointments Housekeeping Companionship Promoting independence Support with medication The role requires travel in and around Skipton. Mileage is paid between clients at £0.30 a mile. We offer flexible hours from 6 hours a week up to 40 hours a week All care visits are a minimum of 1 hour allowing time to provide quality care. We provide thorough training including medication administration and moving & handling. There are opportunities to progress into senior roles.
