FP&A Analyst | Private Equity, International Pharmaceutical Renumeration | circa. £75k + Bonus Location | Central London, Hybrid (2 days office) KE57758The Opportunity:Finatal is on a search for an FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-growing international pharmaceutical company based in London. Backed by Private Equity, the business is on track to hit £100m in turnover with an impressive £20m EBITDA. With a strong focus on growth, including multiple acquisitions, the company is targeting an exit in the next 2-3 years, making this a pivotal time to join the team.This is a first-time hire for an FP&A Analyst in the business. You will take full ownership of driving and implementing financial transformation, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), investors, and senior non-finance stakeholders to build a robust financial planning and analysis function. You will professionalise and optimise the company's data practices, contributing to the overall financial strategy and ensuring the business is prepared for the next stage of its rapid growth.The Role: Financial Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of the company's FP&A framework, improving processes and driving financial data accuracy and reporting standards.Business Partnering: Work closely with the SLT, investors, and non-finance senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights, influence decision-making, and drive business performance.Data & Reporting: Build and maintain high-quality financial models, forecasts, and reports that support both operational and strategic decision-making.Growth & Acquisitions: Support the business in managing financial aspects of acquisitions, integrations, and continuous scaling as the company expands towards its exit strategy.Performance Management: Implement financial KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards to ensure the business remains aligned with its growth targets.Strategic Projects: Lead ad-hoc financial projects to support the company’s fast-paced growth and evolution into a more mature, professionalised business.The Requirements:Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.Experience: Proven FP&A experience in a high-growth or Private Equity-backed business environment, with exposure to fast-paced, high-pressure dynamics.Skills: Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities, with a track record of delivering business-critical insights to senior leadership.Commercial Acumen: Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.Mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach with the agility to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.Why Join Us?Be at the forefront of financial transformation in a rapidly growing business.Opportunity to work closely with Private Equity investors and directly influence the company’s exit strategy.Gain experience in a dynamic, acquisitive international business with exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
