Position: Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Location:Charlton Kings, Cheltenham (GL52)

Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist nursing care to patients with mental health conditions in various healthcare environments.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and review care plans tailored to patients with mental health needs.
  • Administer medication and therapies in line with prescribed treatment plans.
  • Support patients in managing mental health symptoms and encourage positive lifestyle changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop management plans to ensure the safety of patients and others.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families or caregivers.
  • Document patient progress and any changes in their condition accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as an RMN.
