The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals, understanding the nuances of the US healthcare industry, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, allied health professionals, physicians) for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and online job boards.Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in US healthcare staffing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing/recruitment.Strong knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including job roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding industry.Flexible work environment with remote options
