Job DescriptionAs a Care Professional your client visits may consist of:• Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation• Help with medications and self-care• Companionship• Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops• Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night time routineOne hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.A warm and friendly company with a large community outreach, opportunities to get involved in local events and regular Care Professional team activities.Full, paid training and a mentor/ buddy system during your first 12 week.
