Position: Dental Nurse - Employed Role- Full-Time , Permanent . Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm. Starting hourly rate £14.00 per hr Full Job Description: We are an independent , extremely modern, Private Dental Practice in Peterborough, City Centre. We are seeking someone who is qualified, experienced in implants, highly organised, extremely motivated, compassionate, a team player, someone who can deliver exceptional levels of patient care in a private dental practice and have excellent communication skills . As a dental nurse you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the practice. Providing both clinical and administrative support. The successful person will ensure they are compliant with health and safety regulations and HTM 01-05 is met in all aspects of the job role. *Responsibilities* - Assisting the dentist during a variety of patient examinations and treatments - Prepare and maintain the clinical environment including ensuring a sterile and safe environment for patients. - Managing dental equipment and instruments - Ensure patient comfort and manage patient anxiety -Take and develop x-rays ( having radiation qualification is desired but not essential ) - Recording patient information accurately on digital systems -Maintain accurate records of stock and order supplies in surgeries as needed. -Liaise with practice manager and principal and clincial team members to ensure smoothe day to day . - Ensuring the smooth running of the dental practice.
