The Company

Our client are mid-sized (25 people) design-led practice in Central London who are specialist in a range of high end projects for both private a commercial clients.

Their project portfolio is diverse typically in the value range of £4-20 million and includes private residences, high-end retail projects, luxury healthcare clinics and workplace projects.

The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment, with incredible career progression on offer.

The studio's projects are all Revit based.

The Opportunity

• You will be trained in Revit (if required) and will be working on Revit based-projects
• You will get to take a leading role on some incredibly interesting commercial projects where high quality design isn't constrained by budget

The Requirements:

• Qualified architect (ARB), or equivalent
• Willing to be trained in Revit
• Experience of working as a Project Architect or Senior Architect in a UK-based architectural practice
• Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs
• Experience working on high-end healthcare clinics, high-end retail, high-end workplace or projects with elements that are transferable to the high-end commercial project sector.

Salary and Package

• £43,000 - £52,000 salary + annual Bonus
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
