Director - Front Office Digital Transformation - Pharma & Life Science

We are working with a leading global advisory firm with ambitious growth plans is seeking a Director to join its Digital Transformation team, focusing on the Pharma & Life Sciences sector.

This role will focus on transforming customer-facing operations such as marketing, sales, service, and digital insights. The successful candidate will have a strong consulting background and experience in shaping and delivering end-to-end transformation projects for PLS organisations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation programmes for pharmaceutical clients, particularly those delivering new customer-facing services underpinned by Salesforce expertise.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, account target plans, and deal origination for priority clients.
• Shape and take new customer-centric propositions to market, leveraging the latest thinking in customer experience and changes.
• Oversee the delivery of transformation projects, including the management of offshore and nearshore teams.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, ensuring successful commercial management in complex PLS engagements.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in delivering digital transformation within B2C/B2B settings, particularly in sales, marketing, and patient experience.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in leveraging advanced analytics and next-generation technologies to improve patient and customer experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales & revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to build sustainable senior client relationships and deliver tangible results.
