If so this is the post for you.An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community. Experience not required, as full training and induction will be given. Opportunities to complete your SVQ in Health & Social Care, and the possibility of further career progressionA driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, travel expenses available. There are pool vehicles available in rural areas. This is a 27.7 hours per week post, hours will be 11:00 -14:00 and 17:00 - 22:00 worked on a rota basis of four days on four days off.
