This will be delivered in the client's own homes and out in the community. Your role may involve:Medication AdministrationUsing mobility equipment/aidsPromoting independencePositive behavioural supportPersonal careTransporting clients to appointments/social outingsShopping callsShift PatternsCurrently shifts are starting around 7-8am and running up 9.30pm. We can offer flexible working patterns to suit you and everyone will work on a 2 weekly rolling rota and example of this could look like:Week 1- Mon, Tues, Sat, SunWeek 2- Wed, Thurs, FriOther shift patterns and times can be discussed during your initial conservation.Please note that due to the nature of our roles you must be over 18 years of age to apply.
