Service Manager, £41.35ph, Adult Social Care, Merseyside
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to drive the development of the Adult Access team – a newly created front door service for adult social care.
Adult Access works with services across the whole of Adult Social Care and Health to provide first contact prevention, information, and advice through strength-based approach to enable people to regain and maintain dependence.
The postholder will be responsible for embedding a strength-based approach and Care Act duties to prevent, reduce, and delay need, and promote wellbeing of people. They will be leading adult social care service delivery and improving outcomes for people in Liverpool by raising standards and quality of practice and service performance and value for money in line with Council’s policies, Government guidance and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
Management experience essential including operational service delivery management expertise Experience in developing, implementing strategies and programmes including the development of business and delivery plans Qualified Social Worker with extensive experience within adult social services Evidence of CPD SWE registeredIf this sounds like the role for you, please contact Aishah Hassan on (url removed) for more information
