Job Opportunity: Locum In-Patient/Community RGN Nurses (Band 6)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective patient outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning and liaise with other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care transitions.

Requirements:

• NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in an in-patient or community nursing environment.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to different clinical environments.
