Mental Health Nurse

Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner – CYP Crisis Response Team Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the CYP Crisis Response Team. This is a full-time role working across a 24/7 rota. Key Responsibilities * Provide urgent mental health support for children and young people in crisis, conducting assessments and formulating care plans. * Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely intervention and effective management of mental health crises. * Ensure comprehensive care is provided, liaising with external agencies, families, and carers as required. * Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of care to meet the needs of service users in crisis. Position Details: * Location: Knowsley, Merseyside * Work Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (working across a 24/7 rota) * Contract Duration: ASAP – 14/01/2025 * Rates: * Day Rate: £25.74 per hour * Night/Saturday Rate: £33.46 per hour * Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £41.19 per hour * Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: * Experience in mental health crisis management for children and young people (CYP) * Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and across a 24/7 rota How to Apply: If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV.
